Delete Your Account & Data

For the Rwanda Premier League mobile app (rw.rwandapremierleague.rpl_app).

Fastest way — delete in the app

Or delete it here

Use this if you can’t access the app.

1. Enter the email address on your account.
2. We email you a 6-digit code to prove the request is really from you.
3. Enter the code — your account and data are deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

When your request is completed, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• Your account record: name, username, email, phone number and password hash.
• Your profile photo.
• Your favourite clubs and notification preferences.
• Your fantasy squad, transfers, chips, predictions and score history.
• Push notification tokens linked to your account.
• Email verification and password-reset codes.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Server logs containing technical data (e.g. IP address, timestamps) age out on a rolling basis, typically within 90 days.
• Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. for fraud, security or dispute resolution) are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
• Aggregated or anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
• Backups are cycled out on a schedule; deleted data is purged from backups as they expire.
